Chad Taylor

Chad Taylor is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and risk management. Currently serving as Head of IT at Absci since April 2025, Chad previously held the same role at Bolt Biotherapeutics, Inc. from April 2022 to April 2025. Chad's career spans over two decades, including significant positions at Seagen, where responsibilities included Associate Director of Privacy & Risk Management and Senior Manager of Cybersecurity. Other previous roles include Senior Systems Engineer at Marchex and Systems Administrator positions at IBM and MDS Pharma Services. Chad holds a Master of Science in Information Security and Assurance from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration - Management from Western Washington University.
