Marina Antić

Marina Antić, PhD, PHR, currently serves as the Senior People & Experience Manager at Absci since November 2023. Prior to this role, Marina held positions at Rune Labs, first as the Lead People Operations Manager and then as the People Operations Manager from November 2021 to November 2023. Marina's academic career began at Indiana University Bloomington, where work as an Assistant Professor and Lecturer occurred between August 2015 and November 2021. Additional experience includes serving as a Principal Examiner for the International Baccalaureate from April 2013 to July 2015 and working as a Freelance Interpreter for GlobalPittsburgh from May 2012 to July 2015. Education includes a Ph.D. in Comparative Literary and Cultural Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.A. in English and Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh.
