Wen Sha

Wen Sha, Chief of Staff supports Absci’s Founder & CEO and partners with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) in managing strategic internal and external initiatives. Prior to joining Absci, Wen led the Business Operations & Portfolio Management team at Seagen. Wen brings experience across large biopharmaceuticals, high-growth start-ups, and consulting, where his responsibilities included corporate strategy, business operations, R&D portfolio management, and serving as Chief of Staff. He holds degrees in Economics and Management from the University of Alberta and Yale University respectively.
