Bryce O'Neill-Baker has extensive experience in community engagement and advocacy within the Aboriginal community. From March 2014 to September 2019, Bryce served as the Team Leader at the Orange Local Aboriginal Land Council. Following that role, Bryce worked as an Aboriginal Case Manager at Barnardos Australia from May 2019 to July 2020. Subsequently, Bryce held the position of Aboriginal Local Area Coordinator at Social Futures from July 2020 to July 2023. Currently, Bryce is employed at AbSec as a Community Engagement Officer and is also serving as Acting Project Manager for Practice & Advocacy.
