Ginny Drinker

Ginny Drinker is a seasoned professional in partnerships and strategic alliances with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Partnerships at AbsenceSoft since September 2025, Ginny has held senior roles in multiple companies, including Senior Vice President of Partner Channels at Employ and Vice President of Strategic Alliances at both Versapay and When I Work. Prior to these roles, Ginny was Senior Director of Strategic Alliances at UKG. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Business from The Citadel and a BS in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
