Ran Ding is a General Partner at Norwest Venture Partners, co-heading the growth equity team since August 2011. In addition to this role, Ran serves as a Board Member for Vertical Software Co, Elite Business Ventures Inc, Banyan Software, and SpryPoint, as well as an Investor in GeoComply. Ran also holds positions as a Board Observer for Velocity Global and Vector Solutions, and as a Board Member for supplier.io and YipitData, the latter being recapped by Carlyle in 2021. Ran has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
