Lisa Seary

Lisa Seary is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in shared services and operations management, currently serving as President (ANZ) and a Founding Member at ABSL while also holding the position of Head of Shared Services at Boral. Previously, Lisa was an Enterprise Services Director at Lion, overseeing significant operational delivery and transformation initiatives across multiple towers, as well as leading a large team in Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines. Lisa's expertise spans process excellence, performance management, and strategic planning, demonstrated through various leadership roles at Lion and Telstra. Lisa holds an MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and has completed a course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
