Dhiraj Singh

Dhiraj Singh has a strong background in workforce management, quality, process compliance, and graphics & design. Dhiraj has worked at Absolutdata Analytics-an Infogain company since 2012, where they have held various roles including Associate Director, Senior Manager, and Manager. In these positions, they have been responsible for driving transformations and strategic initiatives, project management of change initiatives, and institutionalizing processes. Before joining Absolutdata Analytics, Dhiraj worked at Aon Hewitt as a Service Manager, where they were responsible for deploying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Prior to that, they worked at WNS Global Services, where they held roles such as Quality Assurance Manager, Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance Leader, and Quality Assurance Executive. In these positions, they managed transaction monitoring, led Lean projects, and deployed QMS in line with ISO standards. Dhiraj also has experience working at E Funds International as a Customer Service Associate and at Total Logistics (India) Private Limited as an Office Support Executive.

Dhiraj Singh completed their Bachelor of Commerce from Doctor Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University, specializing in Accounts and Economics. Dhiraj attended the university from 2001 to 2003.
