Mukta Dar

Mukta Dar has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Mukta started their career at Vodafone in 1995, where they worked as a Manager HR for six years. From 2003 to 2004, they served as the Head HR at IQS Moneyline Telerate. Mukta then joined Alcatel India Ltd. in 2004 as a Manager HR. In 2005, they served as the Head HR at KSA Technopak. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at PQI as the Head HR & Senior Consultant, where they were responsible for middle to senior-level hiring and successful implementation of HR systems, policies, and practices. In 2009, they joined IILM Institute for Higher Education as an HR Faculty member. Finally, Mukta Dar joined AbsolutData Research & Analytics in 2010 as the Head HR.
