Absolute Barbecues Private Limited was incorporated on 15 February 2013 and launched its first outlet on 27 October 2013 in Hyderabad. Known for our unique Wish Grill, signature barbecues, and grand buffet spreads, we’ve grown into one of India’s most loved dining destinations.

Founded by Mr. Prosenjit Roy Choudhury, Absolute Barbecues today operates across India and Dubai. All outlets in India are company-owned and operated, while Dubai outlets are managed under franchise rights. Alongside our restaurants, AB’s Express brings the same experience to customers through food delivery.

As of August 2025, we operate 47 outlets in India and are on track to expand to 70 outlets nationwide in the near future.
