Chris Driver

Chris Driver has extensive experience in the media and production industry, currently serving as the Head of Scheduling at Absolute Post since May 2021. Prior to this role, Chris operated as a Freelance Bookings professional from June 2019 to June 2021 and earned a First Class BA Hons Degree in Songwriting from BIMM Institute between October 2016 and May 2019. Chris held the position of Head of Bookings at Smoke & Mirrors from April 2011 to September 2016, and has worked in various freelance capacities as a VT Op/Edit Assistant from December 2002 to April 2011. Previous roles include Operations Manager at BLUE POST PRODUCTION LTD, VT Op/Edit Assistant at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, and Head of Machine Room at Visiontext Subtitling. Chris's foundational experience began at VTR Post Production, where responsibilities included Runner, VT Op, and Edit Assistant from September 1992 to June 1999.
