Daragh Lavin is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Since 2009, Lavin has held various positions at Absolute Software, currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering, focusing on security solutions for diverse platforms. From 2005 to present, Lavin has also worked as a software consultant based in Dublin, Ireland. Previously, Lavin was Engineering Manager at Intrinsyc Software International, leading the Symbian Development Group, and served as Senior Software Developer at Trintech and Lucent Technologies, where significant contributions to telecommunications software development were made. Lavin began the career at Peregrine Expert Systems as a Software Developer. A graduate of University College Dublin, Lavin holds a BSc in Computer Science.
