Derek Skinner is an experienced Investigations Manager at Absolute Software, where Derek has been employed since 2006 and currently leads the Global Investigation Team as Regional Director for the EMEA and APAC regions. Derek specializes in developing and managing investigative and forensic solutions, leveraging expertise in information security, electronic forensics, law enforcement, criminal law, and investigative techniques. Prior to joining Absolute Software, Derek held various roles, including Investigator and Investigations Manager in the EMEA region, as well as significant experience as a Police Officer with Thames Valley Police from 1995 to 2004, and as an IT Engineer at Eurotechnix in 1994.
