Ian Walters has over 25 years of experience in customer support and technical support roles. Currently serving as a Manager in Customer Support at Absolute Software since October 2006, Ian previously held the position of Team Lead for Global Support. Prior to this role, Ian was a Technical Support Engineer at Eurotechnix Ltd from November 1997 to October 2006. Ian's educational background includes studies at the University of Portsmouth from 1998 to 2001, as well as attendance at Basingstoke College of Technology and The Clere School.
