Matt Meanchoff

SVP, Customer Experience at Absolute Software

Matt Meanchoff is the SVP of Customer Experience at Absolute Software. Matt has over 15 years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on customer experience and product development.

Meanchoff started their career as a training instructor and courseware developer at Fiserv. Matt then became the training manager and eventually the director of Canadian products and services. In this role, they were responsible for pricing, margins, revenue forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and risk analysis.

In 2007, Meanchoff left Fiserv to join Rewardstream as the Vice President of Client Services & Operations. Matt was responsible for the development of a packaged banking solution for the Canadian marketplace and the delivery of a ‘productized’ suite of professional services solutions.

Meanchoff joined Absolute Software in 2009 and has been in their current role for over 10 years. In this role, they are responsible for the overall customer experience, including product strategy, design, research, and development.

Matt Meanchoff has a M.A. from Queen's University and a B.A. from Bishop's University. Matt is also certified from the Project Management Institute in PMP.

They work with Edward Choi - SVP, Global Alliances, Mark Grace - SVP, Worldwide OEM, Channel & Business Development. Their manager is Matthew J. Schoenfeld, Chief Revenue Officer.
