Simon Shum

Simon Shum possesses extensive experience in user experience design, currently serving as a Sr. User Experience Designer at ABSOLUTE since June 2017. Previously, Simon worked as a User Experience Designer at BuildDirect from August 2012 to July 2017, focusing on design critiques, brand unification, and user testing. Prior to that, Simon led projects and designed user experiences at Magme.com, contributing to a social reading platform aimed at increasing reader engagement for publishers. Simon's career also includes a role as a Handheld Management Tracking Associate at Research In Motion and experience as a Graphic Designer at Simon Fraser University. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interaction Design from Simon Fraser University, earned between 2003 and 2009.
