Ashudeep Garg

Ashudeep Garg has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ashudeep is currently serving as the Sr Vice President and Head Corporate Development at Absolute® since March 2022. Prior to this, they founded and worked as a Partner at Amaltas Partners from October 2021 onwards. Ashudeep also worked as an Advisor at the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF) from April 2020 to October 2021.

Before joining NIIF, they served as the Executive Director - Investments at GFG Alliance from November 2018 to December 2019. Ashudeep's notable experience includes their long tenure as the Executive Director and Head of Investment Banking at Rabobank, where they led and closed several transactions in the Consumer Food and Agriculture sector from February 2006 to October 2018.

Prior to Rabobank, they worked at KPMG as an Associate Vice President - Corporate Finance from March 2003 to January 2006, and as a Senior Consultant - Infrastructure Advisory from December 2001 to March 2003. Earlier in their career, Ashudeep held the role of Manager - Infrastructure Advisory and Structured Finance at SBI Capital Markets from June 1999 to November 2001.

Ashudeep began their career as a Project Engineer at Reliance from an unspecified period in 1995 to 1997. Overall, Ashudeep Garg has a strong background in corporate development, investment banking, and infrastructure advisory, with a focus on the Consumer Food and Agriculture sector.

Ashudeep Garg completed a PGDM degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 1997 to 1999. Ashudeep also holds a BE degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, which they obtained from 1990 to 1994.
