Bibhuti Ranjan

Bibhuti Ranjan, Ph.D., is a dedicated scientist with over a decade of hands-on experience in engineering microbes to enhance the production of value-added biochemicals. Currently a Senior Scientist at Absolute®, Bibhuti previously held roles at prestigious institutions including the National University of Singapore and Columbia University. With a strong foundation in synthetic biology and metabolic engineering, Bibhuti has significantly contributed to the field, including the development of a novel strain with over 1000-fold improvement in biochemical production, now patented through industry collaboration. Bibhuti is also skilled in protein expression, purification, and fostering cross-functional research collaborations.
