Dr. Rajkumar Jain

Dr. Rajkumar Jain is a seasoned professional in the field of agricultural biotechnology with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of R&D at Absolute® since March 2023, Dr. Jain oversees a team of over 15 scientists focusing on the design of bio-agriculture inputs. Previously, Dr. Jain was the Principal Scientist and head of R&D at Insecticides (India) Ltd, where expertise included the development of bio-fertilizers, bio-pesticides, and various innovative formulations. Other notable roles include Head of Production, QA, and R&D at Indore Biotech Inputs & Research Pvt Ltd, Assistant Professor at Gandhi Vocational College, and several key positions at National Fertilizers Limited. Dr. Jain holds a PhD in Microbiology and an MSc in Biotechnology, emphasizing agricultural microbiology.
