Shivam Sharma, PhD, has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles in different organizations. Shivam is currently the Director of Strategy & Partnership at Absolute®, where they utilize their expertise in strategy development and partnerships to drive impact and sustainability in the food industry. Prior to this, they worked as the Deputy Director in the Agtech Innovation division of the Confederation of Indian Industry, where they focused on deploying agricultural innovation and exploring testing and validation with startups and farmers. Additionally, Shivam has held positions such as Lead - Ag-Tech Incubation at the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Government of India, Start-up Mentor at YES BANK, and Co-Founder of One Acre Technologies, where they utilized drone technology to revolutionize Indian agriculture. Shivam has also served as the Senior Vice President at the Centre for Agriculture and Rural Development, where they drove the organization's programs through strategic analysis and management practices. Shivam's academic background includes serving as a Sr Project Manager in Agricultural Plant Biotechnology at Jaypee University of Information Technology and an Assistant Professor in Agriculture/Biotechnology at Shoolini University.

Shivam Sharma, PhD has a diverse education history. Shivam holds a doctorate in Agriculture and Plant Biotechnology from Jaypee University of Information Technology. Prior to this, they completed a Master's degree (M.Tech) in Biotechnology from the same institution. Shivam also has a Senior Secondary degree in Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya, and a High School degree from St Joseph School, where they studied Maths, Biology, computer science, Physical education, chemistry, and physics. Additionally, they pursued a Diploma in Drone Technology - Multirotor Drone/UAV Pilot Course from the Indian Institute of Drones, Noida. Lastly, Shivam completed an International Post Doctorate in Precision Agriculture from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
