Yogesh Kumar

Yogesh Kumar is a Senior Project Manager at Absolute® since March 2022, specializing in crop simulation modeling, crop yield estimation, weather-based crop insurance, and geo-spatial analysis, alongside research and development in pest and disease management, irrigation management, and agrometeorology. Previously, Yogesh held the position of Deputy Manager, focusing on similar areas of crop simulation modeling using the DSSAT model. Yogesh served as a Senior Researcher at the India Meteorological Department from November 2017 to February 2022, contributing to the FASAL Project by forecasting agricultural output with crop simulation modeling and statistical yield forecasting. Additional experience includes a brief role as a Social Media Manager at White Bunnie and founding Vastraलो - Be Smart, Save Money. Yogesh Kumar earned a Bachelor of Technology in Environmental Engineering Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University between July 2012 and June 2016.
