Ryan Bacher

Ryan Bacher has over 18 years of work experience. In 2017, they began working as a Venture Capitalist for JR Consulting. In 2018, they joined RaceReady as a Board Member and President. In 2020, they became a Co-Founder and Board Member of Absorbits, a Board Member of Sentient Academy, and Chief Sales Officer of RevRoad. In 2021, they joined the Board of Harrington Center for the Arts. Prior to this, they were the Owner and Co-Founder CEO of My Hearing Centers from 2011 to 2020, Co-Founder and Partner of Diversified Business Strategies, LLP from 2007 to 2020, and Chief Executive Officer of Accurate Hearing Centers from 2002 to 2011.

Ryan Bacher attended Utah State University from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a degree in Marketing. Ryan then attended the University of Phoenix from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in Business Management. In 2021, they obtained a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification from ACAMS. Ryan also holds a Private Aircraft Pilot, Rotorcraft certification from the Federal Aviation Administration.
