With 25 years of experience in culture, communication, creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship, Claudia has held key strategic roles, including Director of Community and Ecosystems and Director of Operations. Claudia's mission centers on driving innovation and enhancing ecosystems to create impactful and sustainable growth. In the public sector, Claudia contributed to initiatives in the Digital Cabinet of RS and served as chief of staff in the Ministry of Culture. Claudia has also worked as a network consultant, focusing on organizational governance and process optimization in the third sector.
