Joe Wadcan

Joe Wadcan is the Head of Business Development at Phantom, where Joe focuses on early stage startups with complex technical products. Prior to this, Joe was a Founding Partner at Curmudgeon Ventures and held various roles at companies such as Bevy - Eventbot, Abstract (acquired by Adobe), GitHub, and Calico. Joe has a background in programming and business development, with experience in creating civic tech applications and leading partnerships. Joe holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
