Abstrakt Capital partners with exceptional entrepreneurs to build enduring, high-performing businesses.

We're an investment firm deploying capital through acquisitions, minority investments, and studio-built ventures. Our focus is on well-understood, long-standing companies with durable cash flows and loyal customer bases—businesses we can modernize and scale through operational improvements and strategic capital deployment.

We specialize in financing acquisitions for equity, with a disciplined focus on quick payback periods (3-year target) and exceptional long-term returns (6x MOIC target). Our strategy is flexible, entrepreneur-friendly, and data-driven, allowing us to structure deals that align incentives and maximize value creation.

We typically invest in companies generating $5M to $20M in revenue and $1M to $4M in EBITDA, through either majority or minority structures. We're industry-agnostic, giving us the freedom to pursue opportunities across sectors without constraints.

What sets us apart is our entrepreneur-first mindset. We understand that great businesses are built by great people, and our partnerships prioritize founder vision and operational excellence. We don't just provide capital—we bring hands-on experience modernizing legacy operations, improving unit economics, and accelerating growth. Our investment decisions are grounded in fundamentals and rigorous underwriting, not hype cycles. We seek businesses with strong core teams, stable cash flows, and clear paths to value creation. Our proprietary sourcing network gives us access to high-quality deal flow that others don't see.

Since inception, we've partnered with entrepreneurs across manufacturing, healthcare, HVAC, technology, and specialized services.

Fund I launches in 2026. Whether you're a founder, broker, or investor, we'd love to discuss how we can create value together.
