Mia W. began their career in 2006 as a Collections Specialist at Pinnacle Security. In 2008, they moved on to become a Sr. Enrollment Advisor at the University of Phoenix. In 2011, they took on the role of Stay-at-Home Parent. In 2021, they joined ABSTRAKT as a Sales Development Representative, where they work to ensure that Conversational Intelligence tools are used proactively rather than reactively.
