Jim Ringo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jim started their career in 1989 at Cargill, where they held various positions, including Commodities Merchandising/Trading and Business Analyst. In 1999, they became the Vice President, General Manager, and Commercial Director for Cargill Global Malt, responsible for all commercial activities and overseeing operations in the Americas. Jim later joined POET in 2012 as the President of the POET Nutrition Division. In 2014, they moved to Land O Lakes Dairy Foods as the Director of Sales, Global Dairy Ingredients. Most recently, they have been serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Abstrax Hops & Flavors, a division of Abstrax Tech, Inc.
Jim Ringo attended Washington State University from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics.
