David Richards

David Richards is an accomplished environmental professional with extensive experience in research, communication, and project coordination. Currently serving as an Associate at Abt Global, David leads a team on the EPA Office of Atmospheric Programs Emissions and Generation Resource Integrated Database Tools Engagement Project. Prior roles include Environmental Research Specialist at MDB, Inc., where contributions included authoring articles for the NIEHS Global Environmental Health Newsletter and developing content for the NIEHS Worker Training Program. David has also coordinated health-focused initiatives with the American Public Health Association and engaged in media relations at the International Food Policy Research Institute. A graduate of the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey with a Master's in International Environmental Policy, David has cultivated a diverse skill set that combines technical analysis, communication, and advocacy within the environmental sector.
