James Baker

James Baker is a seasoned technical project manager with extensive experience in managing digital projects for US government clients at Abt Global since October 2022. Previously, James served as a business analyst, where collaboration with government clients involved capturing and translating business and technical requirements into actionable deliverables. Earlier roles at the Museum of Science included leading digital project teams and designing web applications, showcasing expertise in various programming and design tools. As the principal of jamestbaker, significant projects included implementing web, print, and branding solutions. James also held the position of director of technology and product at University Pride, Ltd., overseeing market research and product development before the company's closure. James Baker holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Ithaca College and has pursued further education at Tufts University and Harvard Extension School.
