ABUK Group is a London-based, multidisciplinary consultancy delivering MEP Engineering, Design Management, Building Regulations Principal Designer (BRPD), Sustainability, Heat Network Design, and Utilities & Infrastructure advisory all under one roof, all senior-led, all coordinated from the start of your project.

Founded by engineers with 20+ years of experience each in building services and design management, ABUK was built to close the gap between large consultancies (integrated thinking but slow decisions) and smaller practices (agility but limited depth). We bring both: multidisciplinary capability with a hands-on, director-led model.

Our founders and senior engineers have worked on some of London's most significant developments from Elephant Park (the UK's first climate positive development) and Royal Arsenal Riverside, to Hotel Café Royal on Regent Street and Chelsea Bridge Wharf. That depth of experience now shapes how we approach every project, large or small.

We work across new-build, refurbishment, retrofit and conversion projects for developers, housing associations, main contractors and commercial clients. We are appointed at RIBA Stage 1 because the earlier we are involved, the more value we add.

Our services are delivered through an Integrated Management System aligned to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. We support BREEAM, LEED, NABERS, WELL and HQM assessments.
We design and validate heat networks to CIBSE CP1 and HNTAS standards.
Our BRPD service ensures Building Regulations compliance and Golden Thread integrity from concept through to Gateway sign-off.

One appointment. Everything covered.
