Douglas Martin

Vice President Of Strategic Initiatives Development at ABWE

Douglas Martin has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Douglas started their career at North Park Baptist Church, where they worked as an Associate Pastor from 1990 to 1996. Douglas then joined ABWE, initially serving as the Romania Country Coordinator from 1999 to 2004, and later as the Eastern Europe Coordinator until 2010. Since 2011, Douglas has held multiple positions at ABWE, including Executive Director for North America and currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives Development. In their current role, they are responsible for strategizing, assessing needs, and creating new ministries. Douglas also leads a group of over 60 church planters and missionaries and provides assistance to local churches in "Crossing Cultures without Crossing Borders."

Douglas Martin obtained a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary between 1987 and 1991. No specific field of study is provided.
