Dwight Shelly has significant experience in youth ministry and education, having served as Youth Pastor and Spiritual Life Coordinator at Hillcrest School from August 2014 to May 2018, where responsibilities included coordinating chapels for middle and high school students. Prior to that role, Dwight was a Team Charger Coordinator at Lancaster Bible College, responsible for leading a college student camp ministry team, and completed student teaching placements at Donegal High School and Nicaragua Christian Academy. Currently, Dwight serves as the Director of Mobilization at ABWE and has held various positions at Lancaster Bible College, including Director of Discipleship & Leadership and Assistant Dean of Discipleship and Leadership, focusing on student leadership development and spiritual formation. Dwight holds a Master's Degree in Christian Ministries from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Health and Physical Education and Bible from Lancaster Bible College.
