Ray Theaker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Partnership Engagement and Advancement and previously as the Executive Director of Mobilization at ABWE since August 2019, Ray has demonstrated a commitment to organizational growth and engagement. Prior to this, Ray owned Classic Companies, Inc. from April 1992 to December 2019, specializing in custom design and build as well as storm restoration sales and project management. Additionally, Ray held the position of Managing Broker at Progressive Real Estate Group from 2002 to June 2011, focusing on real estate sales, development, and rehabilitation projects. Between July 2008 and February 2010, Ray also contributed to Vanco Construction Services as the Director of Business Development, enhancing business opportunities for a commercial general contractor.

We serve local churches by providing administrative oversight and training for the missionaries that they recommend to us. This includes member care, financial coordination, team building, professional training and general administration.
