Amanda Rossi

Amanda Rossi is an accomplished professional in human resources with extensive experience in HR systems and processes. Currently serving as the Director of HR Systems and Processes at ABX since June 2022, Amanda previously held various HR roles, including HR Shared Services Analyst and Human Resources Coordinator at RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation. Amanda's skill set encompasses data auditing, employee onboarding, and process development, complemented by a strong background in recruitment and marketing from previous positions at Preferred ChildCare, Inc. and Orthodontics. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from High Point University, as well as a Master's degree in Dance Theories and Practices from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
