Jason Simanson is currently the Plant Manager at ABX, overseeing daily operations and implementing process improvements. Previously, they held various roles at Berry Plastics, including Lean Coordinator and Quality/Continuous Improvement Supervisor. In their earlier career, they worked as a Press Operator/Assistant at Graphic Packaging International and served in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Mortarman. Jason also gained experience as a Process Improvement Manager at Avalon Precision Metalsmiths. They earned their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in 2015.
