Plamen Dapev

Plamen Dapev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Director at Abylon UK since March 2024 and Co-Founder of Abylon since December 2015. Dapev specializes in driving data and AI-related digital transformation projects for both commercial and public-sector clients, managing modern data warehousing and Big Data initiatives, and developing Microsoft SQL Server and Azure-based business intelligence solutions. Additionally, Dapev co-owns Sirenex Ltd., overseeing back office management and new product development, and co-founded Dapev Consulting in January 2008. Previous roles include Services Sales Manager at Microsoft Corporation from 2009 to 2014 and Services Sales Manager at Microsoft from 1998 to 2007. Dapev holds a degree from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, completed between 1987 and 1992.
