Somya Sha is an experienced professional in the fields of bioengineering and biomedical engineering, currently serving as a Process Development Associate at Abzena since December 2020, where Somya leads bioreactor development runs across various molecules. Prior to this role, Somya worked as a researcher at SMSbiotech, focusing on characterizing novel small mobile stem cells through live cell imaging and flow cytometry, and established lab protocols for advanced equipment. Somya also gained experience as a Project Design Intern at REVA Medical, where a grant proposal was crafted to advance polymer technology for cancer therapeutics.
