Scott Deford

Scott DeFord is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in sales, technology, and project management. Currently an Inside Sales Specialist at AC Controls Company since June 2023, Scott has also been serving as a Geomatics/GIS Technician and UAS Pilot at Spatial Data Consultants Inc since November 2020. In this role, responsibilities include topographical mapping, database maintenance, and coordinating site teams for accurate project execution. Previously, as an Information Technology Technician at Elon University from May 2017 to November 2020, Scott managed a team of student technicians and oversaw numerous technology projects for a large academic institution. Additionally, a Project Management Intern at XGD Systems in 2020, Scott contributed to a significant golf course renovation project by providing progress summaries and coordinating tasks with the project manager. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Project Management from Elon University.
