Jp Orbeta

JP Orbeta is a seasoned executive currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at ACEN Corporation since October 2021. In this role, Orbeta oversees the administrative and human resources functions for the Ayala Group's listed energy platform, which boasts approximately 7,000 MW of capacity across several countries. Prior to joining ACEN, Orbeta was with Ayala Corporation from April 2005 to September 2021, where as Managing Director & Group Head of Corporate Resources, significant transformations in human resource systems were implemented across the organization. Additionally, Orbeta held the position of President & CEO of the Ayala Automotive group, overseeing major brands such as Volkswagen. Earlier in the career, Orbeta spent nearly two decades at Watson Wyatt Worldwide, where JP ascended to Managing Director and Vice President & Global Practice Director, focusing on human capital consulting.
