Cuong P. began their work experience in 2009 as a Financial Analyst for several companies. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Demand Planner at Procter & Gamble until 2014. Cuong then joined Huntsman Corporation as a Production Planner from 2014 to 2015. Cuong moved to Celgene in 2015 and held the position of Manufacturing Scheduler until 2017 when they became the Master Planner Lead until 2019. Currently, they are the Supply Chain & CMC Procurement Lead at AC Immune.

Cuong P. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Business School Lausanne (BSL) in 2009. In addition, they have obtained certifications including CAS Health Care Supply Chain from the Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM) in 2021, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the Technical University of Munich in 2020, and Certified Advanced Supply Chain Professional from IFPSM in 2018.
