Maxime Ayer is an experienced nanomedicine and drug delivery scientist with a strong focus on Non-Biological Complex Drugs (NBCDs). Maxime has held various roles, including Group Leader in CMC Product Leadership at AC Immune, where they lead vaccine technology development. Previously, they served as a Doctoral Assistant at Polymers Laboratory (EPFL), developing nanoparticle-decorated T cells for blood-brain barrier transport. Maxime holds a PhD in Materials Science from Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne and has extensive research experience across multiple esteemed institutions.
