Sharon Wingate serves as the Vice President of Arizona Operations and Technical Services at AC Pro since September 2014, contributing to the company's legacy as a leading provider of heating and air conditioning products since 1986. Prior to this role, Sharon held the position of Western Regional Sales Manager at Soler & Palau USA, Inc. from January 2013 to May 2014, focusing on the S&P ventilation product line. Sharon's extensive experience in the HVAC industry began with Johnson Controls from November 2007 to January 2013, where both Regional Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager roles were performed across multiple states and Canadian provinces. Before joining Johnson Controls, Sharon spent nearly 30 years in various sales and operations management roles with Southern California HVAC distributors, establishing a strong foundation in the wholesale distribution sector. Sharon holds a BA in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
