My professional journey spans industries as varied as manufacturing, energy and natural resources, consumer goods and retail, finance, consulting, telco, agriculture, healthcare, education, and engineering.

This breadth of experience has shaped my entrepreneurial mindset around creating transformative change and leveraging resources to navigate complex business challenges, deliver strategic insights across sectors, and foster innovative solutions that drive growth and stakeholder value.

My passion for data and artificial intelligence began over 25 years ago, long before these fields became mainstream. My focus has always been on leading organizational transformation by integrating data-driven insights with cutting-edge technology.

I bring a unique combination of strategic vision and technical expertise in mathematical modelling, actuarial sciences, data science, and AI technologies, paired with a strong ability to align innovation with business objectives. This approach consistently delivers measurable value and tangible ROI for clients and stakeholders alike.

Today, as the CEO & Founder of AC SmartData, I lead the development of innovative data strategies and AI solutions. Our mission is to empower organizations to optimize processes, boost productivity and efficiency, and gain deeper insights into their customers—all while championing responsible AI practices and meeting regulatory standards.

Beyond my professional endeavours, I’m committed to giving back to the community. I’m passionate about building genuine connections with minority groups and First Nations Peoples. Leadership, to me, means creating spaces where everyone feels they belong and where their voices matter.
