Ron Erb

Ron Erb is currently the Manager of Public Safety & Security at AC Transit, where they lead strategic operations and manage a $19.7M department budget. Previously, Ron served as a Personal Protection Specialist with PINKERTON from 2014 to 2022 and as the Assistant County Security Manager for Fairfax County Government from 2014 to 2022, where they provided critical security guidance and coordinated emergency management efforts. Their security management career began at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., where they held various roles, ultimately becoming District Manager from 1996 to 2012. Ron is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Bluefield College.
