Stephen Carroll has a robust background in contracts and procurement, currently serving as the Director of Contracts and Procurement at AC4S since April 2007, where responsibilities include developing a contracts organization and purchasing system to support company growth. Prior experience includes roles as Contracts Manager at Pall Aerospace, where oversight of contract administrators was key, and Vice President of Contracts at ASTI Corp., focusing on FAA acquisitions and innovative research. Additionally, Stephen served as Sr. Contracts Manager at Loral/Lockheed, managing major contracts with FAA and NASA. Educational qualifications include a BSBA in Finance - Economics from UCF College of Business.

Professional Services - AC4S provides a wide variety of professional services for our customers including, but not limited to Project Management, Intelligence Support, Logistics Support, Training Support and various Mission Enablement Support services.
