Ben Hall is an accomplished Enterprise Architect and people leader with over 14 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and customization, including 6 years with Certinia. An 8x certified Salesforce Implementation Consultant and certified Certinia PSA Admin, Ben currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Architecture at ACA Group, overseeing enterprise processes such as Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay. Previously, Ben held key roles at companies including VFP Consulting and Point B, where they managed complex Salesforce architectures and led hybrid teams in delivering high-impact solutions. Ben holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University and is committed to continuous professional development through ongoing certifications.
