Sid Ramakrishnan

Sid Ramakrishnan is a Managing Director at Genstar Capital, a private equity firm in San Francisco, where they focus on investments in financial services. Sid joined Genstar’s investment team in 2012 and has held various roles, including a significant operating position at AssetMark. They previously worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, advising on mergers and acquisitions. Sid serves on the boards of multiple companies, including AmeriLife, Cetera Financial Group, and Orion, and graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration from the Marshall School.
