Johan Steppe is currently the Innovation Manager and Studio POD Lead at ACA Group, a position held since February 2024, focusing on sustainable development and user-centric solutions. As the owner of STEPP since February 2016, Johan has also served as the Head of the Digital Product Studio at UPTHRUST from July 2022 to February 2024, overseeing the creation of impactful digital products. Prior experience includes a role in Business Design and Innovation at Customer Collective, and various managerial positions at Ordina Belgium, where Johan led teams in UX and service design, crafted tailored applications, and developed meaningful solutions. Earlier in the career, positions at McKinsey & Company and LBi involved technical leadership and software engineering. Johan holds an IT degree from Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven and has completed various management and sales training programs.
