Matt Booth DVM, DABVP (canine/feline) is an experienced veterinary professional currently serving as the ER Practice Development Lead at Ethos Veterinary Health since May 2022, focusing on developing programs for emergency practitioners. With a strong background in emergency veterinary medicine, Matt has previously worked as an Emergency Room Veterinarian at Colorado Animal Specialty & Emergency (2017-2022) and Boulder Emergency Pet Clinic (1999-2008). As a founding partner and owner of Alpenglow Veterinary Specialty + Emergency Center (2009-2017), Matt established the first 24-hour specialty and emergency facility in Boulder, Colorado. Earlier career roles include serving as an ICU Veterinary Technician at the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine and various positions in general practice. Education includes a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The University of Georgia (1997) and a BS in Biology from the same institution (1993). Additionally, Matt serves as a Swift Water Rescue Instructor Level 4 for the American Canoe Association since June 2021.
