Steve Wheeldon

Steve Wheeldon has extensive experience in customer journey optimization and operational excellence, currently serving as Portfolio Delivery Director at Acacium Group since February 2019, where previous roles included Staffing Services Director and Global Head of Operational Service & Experience Excellence. Prior to Acacium Group, Steve was with Capita from August 2009 to February 2019, holding various positions such as Customer Journey Optimisation Manager and Operations Manager, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and business performance. Steve began their career at Apple, where responsibilities included training and coaching European ICS Managers to support the company's expansion. Steve's educational background includes three A-levels in AVCE ICT from Barnsley College, completed in 2002, and earlier education at Darton High School.
